Citroën Intensifies EV Price War With €5,000 Discount on ë-C3
The electric SUV's price drops below the Dacia Spring, targeting budget-conscious buyers in Spain.
Citroën is escalating competition in the affordable electric vehicle market with a significant discount on its ë-C3, a model that has already become one of Spain’s best-selling electric cars in 2025. The company is now offering a €5,000 price reduction, a move that positions the electric SUV to undercut its rival, the Dacia Spring.
The promotion targets the entry-level ë-C3 You trim, which carries a list price of €20,516. With a discount of €4,935 applied, the final sale price drops to €15,581.
This pricing strategy builds on the model’s market success, which saw nearly 3,000 units registered last year. The electric C3 is equipped with a 30 kWh LFP battery that powers an 83 kW (113 CV) motor, producing 124 Nm of torque. Power is delivered to the front axle.
Performance figures include a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 10.4 seconds and a top speed of 125 km/h. The vehicle has a certified range of 214 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle and qualifies for Spain’s 0 Emissions environmental badge from the DGT.
