VeloBank Targets Businesses With 3,000 PLN Bonus and 5.75% Interest Rate

VeloBank has launched a new campaign aimed at entrepreneurs, offering a comprehensive package of financial incentives. The promotion includes cash bonuses totaling up to 3,000 PLN, a promotional interest rate on account balances, and a temporary waiver of fees for core banking services.

The offer is structured across two separate promotions available to new business clients who open a VeloKonto Firma account between January 1 and January 31, 2026.

Up to 3,000 PLN in Cash Bonuses

Business owners can accumulate a series of bonuses by meeting specific activity criteria. The incentives include:

• 200 PLN for opening a VeloKonto Firma account.
• 500 PLN for securing a leasing agreement of at least 50,000 PLN through VeloLeasing S.A.
• 500 PLN for signing a credit or loan agreement for a minimum of 50,000 PLN.
• 120 PLN for signing a payment terminal agreement.
• A recurring bonus of 50 PLN per month (for six months) for making cashless transactions totaling at least 1,000 PLN.
• A recurring bonus of 30 PLN per month (for six months) for maintaining an average monthly balance above 20,000 PLN.
• A recurring bonus of 200 PLN per month (for six months) for fuel station purchases made with the account’s debit card, available to clients who also use VeloLeasing services.

To qualify for the bonuses, clients must maintain an average monthly balance of at least 4,000 PLN and execute at least one monthly transfer to both the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the tax office from the account.

Clients who opt for the leasing offer through VeloLeasing S.A. will also receive non-financial benefits, including a voucher for Executive Lounges at major Polish airports in Warsaw, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, or Gdańsk, along with a Fast Track voucher for expedited security screening.

Promotional 5.75% Interest Rate

A separate promotion, “Oprocentowanie rachunku VeloKonto Firma – edycja 2/2025,” offers a promotional interest rate for funds held in the business account. The rate is set at the NBP reference rate minus 1.00 percentage point, currently equating to 5.75% annually.

This rate applies for a 92-day period on balances up to 500,000 PLN. To be eligible, entrepreneurs must open the account by January 31, 2026, deposit new funds, maintain a minimum balance of 7,000 PLN, and complete at least five cashless transactions each month.

12-Month Fee Waiver

As part of the “VeloKonto Firma z wygodnym pakietem korzyści” promotion, the bank is also waiving fees for 12 months on several key services. The waiver covers:

• Opening and maintaining the main PLN account and currency accounts.
• The first 20 domestic and external PLN transfers per month via online and mobile banking, including payments to ZUS and the tax office.
• Issuance and renewal of a debit card.
• Cash deposits made at VeloBank branches into the client’s own account.
• Withdrawals from Planet Cash ATMs.
• Cash deposits using machines located at bank branches.

After the 12-month promotional period, standard fees will apply according to the bank’s price list.
